Root Android 4.3

A continuation from my previous post Root Nexus 4 (Stock Android 4.2.2 a.k.a. Jelly Bean)

With Android 4.3 installed OTA you will need re-enable “Developer Options“, done so by pressing the “Build Number” several times.

Now connect the Nexus to computer.

Download and move over the zip to the root of your Nexus 4.

UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.4.3.zip

Now to access CWM turn phone off, then to power up press “Power” and “Volume Down

Once in “Quick Boot Menu” press down volume twice until is now has “Recovery Mode” press power button.

Press “Volume Down” – install zip from sdcard

Power Button” – choose zip from sdcard

Power Button” – 0/

Volume Up” twice – UPDATE-SuperSU-V1.4.3.zip

Volume Down” – Yes – Install UPDATE – SuperSU-v1.43.zip

Once down it will ask ROM may flash stock recovery on boot. Fix? Select Yes – Disable recovery flash
