One of the most useful windows server applications i found without a doubt is Spotlight. Not to be confused with the mac indexing program but a server monitoring tool. (Windows Only, Requires a Windows Server to fully work)

A very useful logon script to get network assets. Set logon script to run for users with permissions to write to a csv to a network drive. The script will look at lots of computer asset values and write them to a csv file where you can then pull in the data how ever you want.

This script will take a whole inventory of your machines and put it in a CSV file. Its VBS just add it to a startup script.
It will also upload the dell service tag.
